There is a very specific process by which an investor can be introduced into this program requiring an Intent to Partner Agreement and a Non Solicitation Affidavit before the rules and proprietary information is available to an prospective investor.

The program is Zero Risk, but it is a true investment program as the investors capital is moved into an escrow account, making the capital safer than the rest of the capital in that very large USA bank.  Your seed capital in escrow will be returned at contract’s expiration 100% unencumbered.

It is a grant program as the weekly disbursements are all grants.  But the monies received have an obligatory requirement that 80% of the funds received must be spent on development.  This requirement is confirmed with a Use of Funds commitment letter prior to invitation into the program.
